Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Michael Engle is a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a deep passion for helping others. His journey into fitness leadership was inspired by the legacy of his close friend Lavell, whose vision was to create a space where people could come together to improve their health and become the best versions of themselves. After Lavell’s passing, Michael took on the mission of continuing that vision—building a gym rooted in community, wellness, and transformation.


Michael is dedicated to supporting clients through both personal training and group classes, always striving to help others live healthier, happier lives. His commitment to honoring Lavell’s legacy remains at the heart of everything he does.

As Head Personal Trainer, he is passionate about designing dynamic, results-driven programs tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Beth Parlin has been immersed in fitness from a young age, growing up as a multi-sport athlete in volleyball, basketball, and track. She went on to compete in collegiate track and field while earning her degree in Exercise Science, later expanding her athletic experience through Olympic weightlifting.


Since graduating, Beth has worked in both strength and conditioning and personal training, coaching everyone from professional athletes to individuals just beginning their fitness journey.


Her own transition from competitive sports to lifelong fitness has deeply influenced her training philosophy. Beth is passionate about helping each client discover a routine that fits their lifestyle, believing that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals—it just takes the right guidance to unlock it.
